IBLS Meet

IBLS Secretaries

Ralph Tucker asked Kenneth Rodig to take over as Secretary of the Midwest Region.

Modeltec magazine published the following on their website:

The International Brotherhood of Live Steamers was founded by Carl A. Purinton, acting on a suggestion by the late English author L. Lawrence, better known to his friends as "Curly" and to his many readers as L.B.S.C.
The purpose of the IBLS is to provide a means of communication and contact between hobbyists who share a common interest in steam locomotives, stationary steam engines, and model engineering projects of all types. Regional secretaries maintain registries of hobbyists and their equipment, and enable them to locate others in their area for purposes of fellowship and helping one another.
The IBLS has no dues or membership costs. Registration is voluntary. Secretaries are appointed, but serve on a voluntary basis and receive no compensation.
If you would like to register, fill in the registration form at the bottom of this page and mail it to the regional secretary serving your area. He'll do the rest!
