Daney, Pueblo, Colorado, and acquired in 1946 by Dave and Steve Booth for their Tipsico Lakeshore Railroad from Horace Shaw. The locomtoive underwent extensive upgrading and received a new tender in the TLS shops in 1953, and a new welded boiler forward of the firebox and other rebuilding was done by Dave in 1967-68.
