ValveGear Constructor is a design program for steam locomotive controls, which has its particular strengths in the new construction of controls and here represents a considerable reduction in workload.
In contrast to Charlie Dockstader rather providing an option for checking existing or manual designs, VGC optimizes the design itself starting from some basic dimensional parameters.
