10th Annual Live Steam Magazine Award

On December 1, 1979 a group of six gentlemen were given the 10th Annual Live Steam Magazine Award for their personal contributions to the development of the current IBLS Wheel Standards. This group included Eastern Secretary Brenton Barnfather of PVLS, Austin Barr of the MSLS, Jack Kerr in Canada, Robert Brinkman of the NMRA, and Kenneth Shattock. Douglas Alkire of LALS.
