- Whilst looking for another reference to Danvers, my bound copy of ME fell open at this page - an article by LBSC on the 14th annual meeting of the Brotherhood of Live Steamers at Danvers held on October 4th, 5th, and 6th, 1946.
- Some photos sent to LBSC by Carl Purinton. Apparently, at this meeting, a bunch of photos were taken of the members pesent and sent to LBSC along with a note of greeting by a certain Bill Leggett.
