While the present majority interest resides in 7-1/2 inch gauge track to accommodate 1.5, 2.5 and 3.0 inch scale equipment, the organizers welcome participation by all individuals with an interest in outdoor railroading, or in other Live Steam machinery. The following appeared in Modeltec, September 1991:
- An effort to organize Live Steam outdoor railroad enthusiasts in the Houston, Harris Country, Texas, vicinity is now underway.
