Frank Kaylor was a member of the Southeastern Live Steamers and Carolina Live Steamers.
Dan Watson wrote on Chaski.org, 6 October 2014:
- There was also an active 3/4" "club" in the eastern NC area back in the 1950's and 1960's. I visited one of the remaining members, Frank Kayler about 1974 who lived near Southern Pines, NC. Frank had just had heart surgery, but agreed to fire up his engine and run it on his L-shaped track. I lost track of him after that, since I had moved.
