Doris Fitt, wife of Bill Fitt, was instrumental in the production of both Live Steam Magazine and Modeltec. Bill often referred to her as "Good Wife Doris" in his editorials.
Following the passing of Bill Fitt, Doris kept the Modeltec publication going until a new editor was put into place.
