Tom Miller is a live steam enthusiast who has accomplished the following:
- Designed and built a D&RG K-36 2-8-2 in 2.5 inch scale
- Built the Pacific Coast Railroad, one of the hosts of the IBLS Meet in 2000.
- Commissioned a UP BigBoy in 1.5 inch scale, built by Severn Lamb.
