T. Goodhand Engineer and Boilermaker Gillingham Kent.

From a post on eBay dated 6 June 2011:

This is some kind of boiler. Been in a cellar for years so definitely needs testing/inspection/servicing before use. Copper plate on front says T. Goodhand Engineer and Boilermaker Gillingham Kent. There is a bit missing from the pressure release valve. The weight and the arm are there. The pump on the side goes up and down. The taps on the sight glass are stuck, but I didn't try them that hard. The door opens. Dimensions are approximately 21" high without the 17" high detachable chimney. Diameter of boiler approximately 10 inches, chimney 2-1/2 inches. Pressure gauge reads in 25lb increments up to 100lb/sq".

C. J. Van Gorp used a T. Goodhand boiler on his 3/4 inch scale 0-4-0 switcher.
