Dave Sclavi's Air Compressor setup

Here is my setup, it works great never any trouble with it and plenty of air. It maintains 160 psi with no problem. I have a piezo buzzer that sounds until you reach 105 psi. It will resound only when the pressure drops below 85 psi. This only happens when the battery fails. Normally the compressor starts at 110 psi and shuts of at 160 psi.

My brake system works on 70 psi some feel that this is high but I have plenty of control. The higher pressure is mainly there for the emergency mode.

I'm using a ViAir 480c and a pressure switch from them as well. The tank is a 2.5 gallon stainless steel tank.
