Rollin J. Lobaugh was a supplier of O-scale and larger model railroad and live steam equipment. Rollin was posthumously awarded the NMRA Pioneer Award in 2013.

Ken Shattock wrote on 19 April 2014:

Rollin J. Lobaugh was the man responsible for providing all of the brass rail for my Grandpa's (Victor Shattock) famed 'live steam' basement railroad layout. My grandfather was very good friends with Rollin J. Lobaugh of O-gauge fame, for it was his company in San Francisco that produced the BRASS rail, rail joiners, tie plates and spikes.
Letter from Rollin J. Lobaugh to Charles A. Purinton, 1933.
