Propane is sometimes referred to as "the gentleman's fuel" because of its clean burning nature.

Turbolator

A turbolator is a thin metal strip of metal inserted into the boiler flues. Its purpose is to break up the hot center core of the gas that flows in the tube, thus moving more heat from the gas to the water in the boiler. Turbolators are most often used in propane fired boilers.
