Dick Poole wrote the following, Summer 2019:

This car is one of (11) produced. PRR actual drawings were used in making the kit parts and the car is as close to PRR accurate as possible. Everything I can see in company photographs or PRR drawings has been added. It is Ready-to-Run with trucks and couplers included.
