Located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the geographical centre of North America, the Manitoba Live Steamers and Model Engineers, since 1939, have been working from castings of brass and steel, building live steaming replicas of locomotives, traction engines, water pumps, and other types of steam engines.

The Manitoba Live Steamers meets monthly in winter. In summer, members offer run days to the public. We also host a 'Steam Meet' inviting other live steaming clubs together to enjoy what their hands and imagination have produced.
