Haskins Shops announced the completion the first of six Airslide Covered Hoppers in 1.5 inch scale. The model was built from scratch from plans of the original. Jack Haskins, president of Haskins Shops and the Able Springs & North Texas Railroad, said they may sell one of the six cars to pay for material. Other builders on the project include Carrol Enders, Darren McNeely and Ken Howard.
