Many tables for super elevation and spirals are provided from 3.5" gauge to 42" gauge. I have used the same basic principles on 56.5" gauge railroads and on down to N-scale model layouts.
Volume 2
"Civil Engineering for Outdoor Railroads vol 2" is difficult to find, and if you can find it, the CD-ROM that accompanies the book will most likely be damaged and unreadable.
