Dear friends:
Dear friends:

Here we have the first updated roster since May.
Here we have the first updated roster since late December.

A few new locos still came trickling in, which puts us up to 591 total. Most of the work has been in updating existing files. We nevertheless have a few interesting newbies: a #999
Not that many new locos, but we’re now up to 609, 18 more than last time. I have updated a good number of pages. The 3 ½” Facebook page is a big help in that regard. Thanks especially for the photo work of Jim Leggett.

4-4-0 completed in 1903 (440.NYC999.Brandow), one more Big Boy (4884.UP4000.Young) and even a British 2-10-0 with a Franco-Crosti boiler (2100.BR92021.Wood)! Keith Wood of the Montreal Live Steamers is doing some amazing and complex work.
I’m breaking my own rules by putting another incomplete loco in the files, but I couldn’t wait any longer – I’m excited. I’m referring to Chuck Balmer’s 6-8-6 PRR turbine #6200. See “686.PRR6200.Balmer”. I long-lost loco is being reborn!

I repeat: Removing the glitches and errors is a constant task – I’m always happy for any and all additions and corrections.

A special thanks to Pat Fahey and Bob Nawa for their contributions to this update.
I don’t see myself doing this directory forever. Is there someone out there willing to take over the project and make it both bigger and better? Please let me know.

Very sad that [[Fisher Detail Foundry|Larry Fisher]] and Mike Boucher have passed from us.
Keep safe, I wish the USA peace, and may we all be able to travel once more. I hope to make it to Berlin on the 23rd – I haven’t been in the West since mid-Feb.

Wishing all nevertheless a happy Christmas and New Year,
All the best,

The Registry

Kaliningrad Region/Russia,

21 June 2020

Dear friends:

Here we have the first updated roster since late December.

Not that many new locos, but we’re now up to 609, 18 more than last time. I have updated a good number of pages. The 3 ½” Facebook page is a big help in that regard. Thanks especially for the photo work of Jim Leggett.

I don’t see myself doing this directory forever. Is there someone out there willing to take over the project and make it both bigger and better? Please let me know.

Keep safe, I wish the USA peace, and may we all be able to travel once more. I hope to make it to Berlin on the 23rd – I haven’t been in the West since mid-Feb.

All the best,

Bill Yoder
